This item only includes the I, R and L ordered separately.RulesBoats racing under the Racing Rules of Sailing must display a Sail NumberA boat racing under any rating rules such as IRC & ECHO must display an IRL Sail Number as prescribed by the ISAThis sail number shall be in accordance with rule 77, Identification on Sails and Appendix GApplications including details of the boat are required to be completed before a number is issuedBy default the Sail Numbers remain with a boat when it is soldWhen a boat changes ownership the new owner will need to re-register the sail number in their nameIRL numbers for Cruiser / Racers are issued in sequence from the Other Sailing Class section of the ISA databaseThe next available number will be issued for a boatA selected IRL number can be requested subject to availabilityThese numbers are reserved for a period of 48 hours subject to payment of the appropriate feeThe number will be released and be available for another boat if the application and fee is not completed in that time
