Flexible impeller pumps are self-priming and, therefore, ideal for engine cooling, washdown, circulation and many general purposes onboard or dockside. The bronze bodies and stainless steel shafts are well suited for marine environments. They can operate in either rotational direction.FeaturesConstructed from marine quality bronze and stainless steelEasy to service and maintainWill tolerate abrasive wearHandles hard and soft solids without cloggingCan pump in either directionWill not airlockStandard neoprene impellerDouble row angular contact bearing allows short length pumpLip seal offers low cost reliability in medium duty environmentsSpecificationsPump size: 40Mount type: FootBearing type: Twin single row ball typeSeal type: Lip SealPort type: BSPPort size: 3/4″ (19 mm)Output: 8.8 GPM (40 LPM)Self-priming: Up to 18′ (5.6 m)Maximum head: 65′ (20 m)Nominal speed: @ 1500 rpmLength: 5″ (12.8 cm)Width: 4″ (10.6 cm)Height: 3″ (7.6 cm)Weight: 3 lb (1.5 kg)Materials of ConstructionBody material: BronzeImpeller material: NeopreneShaft material: 316 Stainless steelService Kits and Common PartsService Kit – JSK384-0101Gasket/O-Ring – J3298Impeller – J1210-0001Water Seal – JSP2701-1015End Cover Screws – JX3001-095FSpare Parts and AccessoriesImpeller & Gasket KitImpeller removal tool: 040/080/120- size pumps3/4″ Hose Adapter1″ Hose AdapterDrawing and SpecificationsS.NoSpare PartsPart NumberQuantity1ScrewX3001-095F62End Cover11830-000013Gasket3298-000014Impeller & Gasket Kit1210-0001-P15SealSP2700-1027B16O-RingX4020-215A17Cam490-000118Screw (3 Pack)91003-0010110SealSP2700-1027B112SealSP2701-1015B113BearingSP2601-0451B115Shaft52047-0000116BearingSP2601-0451B1-Service KitSK384-01011-Spline Plug (3 Pack)4345-00001Technical FileDatasheet .input-wrapper a { text-decoration: none; / Removes underline / background-color: transparent; / Ensures no background color / } .input-wrapper a:hover { text-decoration: underline; / Adds underline on hover / background-color: transparent !important; / Removes grey highlight / }
